Like others in this business, I have a passion for great cows – individuals that descend from powerful maternal families and are built on the finest sire stacks. Whether owning, developing, marketing or showing these special animals, it’s been my good fortune to work with some outstanding dairy cows. I’ve been privileged to have played a role with cows that have impacted the Holstein breed – Apple, Chassity, and of course, the Glen Drummond Shower/Splendor line that was bred and developed by my family. I’ve also been blessed to have very dedicated, equally passionate people as partners along the way and they have been instrumental in our success. A more recent, exciting venture is a partnership in Genetic Futures, an IVF/recipient farm managed to the highest standards that operates as a satellite Trans-Ova lab.
